During these times many of us are waiting on something or the other, more than in normal times (before the covid-19 pandemic).
I always say “Waiting must be my middle name” with the amount of times I had to wait for something, or someone good.
Now, we are all waiting to get back to normal life as we knew it when the new year 2020 started.
I’m not sure if it will ever be the same, or what is to come, only God knows for sure. I do know that we should wait on the Lord, and trust his word.
Here is some of what the Bible sais about waiting on God:
Isaiah 40:31 “But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”
Psalm 27:13-14 “I believe that I shall look upon the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living! Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!”
Lamentations 3:25 “The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him.”
James 5:7-8 “Be patient, therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives the early and the late rains. You also, be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.”
Dear God, we are all waiting on you 🙏🏼.
Please send us all what we need and then some. Lead the way, we will follow. In Jesus name we pray for blessings that overflow, Thank you, Amen 🙏🏼
