The Good Times

I’m thinking about all the good times.

Appreciating the present, and remembering the steps taken to get here.

It was a blessed journey.

Filled with challenges, that were overcome by faith in God.

During those times, came fun loving adventures.

Also, the joy of building a foundation for the future.

In thinking about the good times, the spirit is kept alive, to keep in the present, and step to the future with.

Thank you Jesus, for your Amazing blessings.

Bible verse about the good times:

Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”

Taste the Blessings 🙏🏼

Constant Prayers 🙏🏼

In these times especially, with so much going on in our world, let’s be prayerful.

Pray for your loved ones, and do not cease.

Pray for your neighbors, and do not cease.

Pray for yourself, and do not cease.

Pray for your friends, and do not cease.

Even pray for your enemies so that you may be protected from them.

We need constant prayers.

Dear God, Thank you for your plentiful blessings, in Jesus name Amen 🙏🏼

Bible verses about constant prayer:

Philippians 4:12 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.”

Romans 8:27 “Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God”

1 Thessalonians 5:17 “Pray without ceasing,”

Roots 🙏🏼

Dear God, I thank you for sending your good spirits to dwell in us, so that we may be rooted in Love. 💛

What does the Bible say about being rooted in Love?

Another Door Opens 🚪

Have faith, when one door closes, another one, filled with light and more life, will open. 🙏🏼

Bible verses about an open door:

Revelation 3:8 “I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut. I know that you have but little power, and yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.”

Great Treasures 🙏🏼

Imagine if we were given a map that leads to great treasures.

A map that we can actually follow, and find.

Would you do it?

I would like to say that the Bible is like a map that leads to great treasures.

God’s word.

Use the Bible for any question you may have. Seek, and you shall find.

Proverbs 2:4-5 “If you seek it like silver and search for it as for hidden treasures, then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God.”

Be gentle with one another 🙏🏼

Have you ever been a little rough around the edges with a loved one, friend of acquaintance?

Then, thought to yourself that you could have been a bit more gentle?

What does the Bible say about being gentle to one another?

Titus 3:2 “To speak evil of no one, to avoid quarreling, to be gentle, and to show perfect courtesy toward all people.”

Proverbs 15:1 “A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.”

Ephesians 4:2 “With all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love,”

God please give us another chance to be gentle to one another. Thank you, in Jesus name Amen 🙏🏼

Crying out to God 🙏🏼

Dear God, Thank you for your loving, and most forgiving, and uplifting spirit. We are humbled by your mighty blessings in our lives. Please God, we cry out to you and ask that you please continue the good work in, and around us. We Thank you, in Jesus name Amen 🙏🏼

Bible verses about crying out to God:

Psalm 107:19 “ Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress.”

Psalm 34:17 “The righteous cry out, and the Lordhears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.”

The voice of God

When God speaks to you, it will be known.

What does the Bible say about God’s voice?

John 10:27 “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.”

Psalm 29:3-5 ” The voice of the Lord is over the waters; the God of glory thunders, the Lord, over many waters. The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty. The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars; the Lord breaks the cedars of Lebanon…”

Dear God, Please let us be still, let go of anger, confusion, and sadness.

We want to breathe in the Spirit of the Lord.

To be filled with Love, Peace and Joy.

Speak to us oh God. Let us hear your majestic, and powerful voice.

Thank you, in Jesus name Amen.
